Insured Customers

  • Can I pay my premium online?
    Of course! Simply login and select the "Pay Now" link once in your account.

  • Can I pay my insurance premium by phone?
    Yes! In an ongoing effort to make paying your insurance premiums as easy and convenient as possible, we have expanded our Web, email and fax payment options (please contact our customer service department for specific instructions on your preferred option for additional information) to include an automated phone system that allows you to make payments 24/7 even when you're nowhere near a computer. Our phone line provides a fast, secure way to pay with your credit card or checking account by calling toll-free at 1-877-5-Payment (1-877-572-9636).
  • I've made changes to my policy; how does this affect my payment and/or my account?
    Changes to your policy(ies) aren’t uncommon and occur as you may need or request them. In most cases, all changes to your policy will be handled by your insurance agent and any of these that may affect your account with Pro Premium, are communicated by your agent to our office.

    In the case of an address change, it is always requested and recommended you notify our firm with your new address even if you may have communicated this information to your agent already. Doing so not only provides PPF with authority necessary to update your contact records but further ensures we can communicate with you promptly under any event affective your account with Pro Premium.

    Address changes can be submitted in writing by mail or via fax delivery and must contain the customer name, account number and customer signature. Our mailing address and fax number is provided below.

    In the event there should be a change to your policy that would generate a return premium (credit) by your insurance carrier(s) to PPF Company on your behalf, PPF Company will always apply any return premiums(s)/credit(s) to your account’s then existing balance allowing you, the client to payoff your account sooner than the original maturity date and potentially providing for an interest credit for early payoff. In the event you would like PPF Company to reduce the remaining payments on your account with any credit received and your account is in current status, simply communicate your wishes to your insurance agent or one of our friendly customer service representative and they/we’ll proceed as instructed. Any changes to your monthly installment obligations will be communicated to you in writing by way of an updated monthly invoice or a reprint of your monthly installment coupons, whichever may apply.

  • I’d like to be debited every month for my monthly payment. Can this be done?
    Absolutely. Simply click on the link below (ACH Authorization Form). Complete the form entirely, attach a voided check as requested and submit via fax, email, or regular mail.

    Once your form has been received, your account will be updated for ACH debiting and all future payments will be debited from your account on the date they are due.

  • I am currently on ACH Debiting and would like to be taken off, how do I do this?
    We can certainly do this for you. Simply submit via fax, email, or regular mail a written request stating you would like to have all ACH debiting stop on your account as you will be mailing in your payments from this point forward. Be sure to sign your form to avoid any delays in processing your request. Once your form has been received, your account will no longer be debited and payments will need to be made on or before the due date in order to avoid potential late fees or the cancellation of your policy.
